Despite our size we pride ourselves in offering the children a curriculum which is wide and varied. We strive for excellence in our learning and teaching opportunities but we also encourage enjoyment as we believe happy, stimulated children will learn more.

We teach the National Curriculum which sets out full clear statutory entitlement to learning for all pupils in core subjects, (English, Mathematics, Science and Religious Education) and foundation subjects (Art, History, Geography, ICT, Design Technology, music and Physical Education).
All lessons are carefully planned and differentiated to meet the ability and age range within the class. We also have a firm belief in the importance of the creative arts as a means of developing the imagination and self-expression. Specific foundation topics are taught over a two or four year rotation and these plans are available for parents to view.
